Ghosted is told in split present-day first-person alternating chapters between the two lead characters – Kennedy and Jonathan – and second-person chapters detailing their past. I loved Kennedy for her strength and her determination and for the love she had for her little girl. Push/Pull: Yes They both push away at times (H in the past, and h after they broke up/the present), but I'd say the H is the main pursuer of the relationship. i get so sad when i remember the author stopped writing books and never gave us an extended epilogue or a novella ☹️ i would give everything to see more of these characters. deep down Kennedy still loved Jonathan, but she knew she couldn’t let him break her little girl’s heart.The chemistry, the sparks, the love that these two shared and is still sizzling between them, is it enough to forgive and is it enough to forget and move forward? When Jonathan's behaviors become too much to handle, Kennedy is forced to make a decision about what the future holds for them. I wouldn’t say it was an overly sexy read but it definitely had enough to prove their connection and compatibility. I would bring this book to every single Tuesday show and tell, and I would do it with a big ass grin on my face.

You want to hate him for his mistakes, but as you learn the story through the eyes of the woman that loved him and get his POV in the present, you get to see a man that's determined to pay for his mistakes and make them right. to sum it up, Jonathan has always dreamed of becoming an actor ever since he was a kid, and before his graduation he decides to run away to LA to pursue his dreams. If you like Hollywood scandal, superheroes, complex characters, and a story full of heart, then look no further.It shows the unconditional love you have for your kids, that no matter what they do and how much they screw up. She left her parents to deal with the consequences, yet they both still loved her and took her in when she was in need of them. Her relationship with her daughter Maddie was amazing, you can tell she loved her so much considering the whole situation with Johnathon; she put her daughters happiness above her own. She skillfully navigates the reader through a clever and emotional plot, using dual points of view and throwing in quite a few surprises along the way. Set to film scenes for his next movie in nearby NYC, Kennedy is anxious about the likelihood that he will attempt to reenter her life again.

I found his attitude a tad overwhelming, a know-it-all dismissing the rules and regulations to spite others.
