Not for the faint of heart, but the flavour is excellent it's not Vinigary and really adds something that tastes good as well as being hot hot to a chilli. This stuff is amazing, either as a stand-alone tonic to wake you up and sort you out in the morning or as a blender with gin.

It tastes very similar to Satan’s Sweat, but has an absolutely amazing burn, and it’s quite a thick sauce to boot. This sauce has been a long-time favourite; the perfect chilli combination (not powdered substitutes) brings delight to the tastebuds. I am not a huge spice fan, an although this is hotter than I would normally go for, the taste and quality ensure it's still really enjoyable. Tinned Beans – Oh so good for all your favourite Mexican recipes, refried beans are a staple ingredient for burritos, wraps, nachos etc.Amazing just slithered lightly onto a sandwich or mayo, great with anything pasta or rice, curry, chili, noodles. If you do require precise ingredient information you should consult the manufacturer, whose contact details will appear on the packaging or label. I’d give this an 8/10 for heat and 10/10 for flavour, works well on Carribean food and isn’t too thick. This sauce uses Artichoke hearts and Dorset Naga’s which delivers a nice smooth tasting sauce that will hopefully go well on my salad rolls for lunch. And that's whether you come to us for your family favourites, an indulgent treat, or your perfect party food spread.

We use a combination of plump peaches and Indian jolokia naga chillies to create a lip tingling hot sauce with a fruity flavour.

I used half red wine to white wine vinegar in this Hot Sauce, I wanted the red wine to compliment the sauce but I didn’t want it to overpower the flavor of the Dorset Naga. Carefully bottle the hot sauce while it is still hot, this will help sterilize the bottles, be sure to use bottles that have already been sterilized.

As with all of the sauces I make they always need to be boiled for at least 20 minutes, this sauce was a little chunky even after a good blend so I boiled the sauce for a total of 40 minutes straight to soften it up. This is a new Hot Sauce for the year, I have two other recipes I want to try that I’ll post in a few weeks but for now, if you’re looking for a nice smooth, creamy Hot Sauce then you should check out this Artichoke heart-based Hot Sauce. It can go with almost anything but it absolutely shines on enchiladas, lasagne and any similar cheese and tomato dish. Based on Scotch Bonnet chillies, this sauce reminds me of those early days, but hugely enhanced, almost like Encona on steroids! Made with fresh fiery hot naga peppers originating from Bangladesh with a delicious blend of herb, spices and vinegar.Content on this site is not intended to substitute for advice given by medical practitioner, pharmacist, or other licensed health-care professional. Water, Naga Jolokia Chillies (26%), Habanero Chillies (18%), Salt, Onions, Lime Juice, Acetic Acid, Passion Fruit, Citric Acid, Garlic Pulp, Xanthan Gum. These mega concentrates of nature’s napalm are only for the innitiated, the insane or those who seek danger! USA, Containing Naga Chillies, Jalapenos, and a rich variety of spices including Fenugreek, this baby is to be enjoyed with caution!

This specially made peach hot sauce was originally created to celebrate a year of Sheffield Dragon being in business!

Tangy, fiery and hot, this makes a great addition to stir fries, rice dishes, or simply as a versatile tale sauce!
